Single Choice Question with Repeater

Hi, I wondered if you could help me as there are not a lot of tutorials on conditional logic in repeater.

I want to create “Single Choice Question”, where I can add as many as I wish Answers (used repeater to achieve that) and select only One Choice as true, not allowing multiple selection.

Cannot think of a way to achieve it ! In conditional logic there is no child condition as I know.
I will be grateful if you could help me in any creative solution, Thanks.
