I’m not a programmer or developer. I need something that will allow me to do the following:
1. Buy services:
a. I have 3 services I’d like to sell.
b. The client must buy the base service, then s/he can add on now or later the other two products.
c. Apply discounts to more services purchased.
d. Apply a coupon code to a purchase.
e. Use Strip and/or Paypal to pay.
f. They and me to receive email upon purchase.
g. I receive one activity summary email per day.
2. Allow recurring billing (monthly) for 6 months (more or less).
3. Once base service is purchased…
a. I’d like the client to login and complete a form to include address, phone, and answer some questions. It sends them a confirmation.
b. Send me an email once per day if changes.
4. Client/Admin Communication:
a. I’d like to be able leave a note to client (with history).
b. Send email to client/me if there are notes submitted.
5. Admin-Only Notes: Have an area to make notes only Admin can read.
Can I do this without knowing how to code? If not, how much coding would I need to know.

This will require some minimal code customization but you will need to make use of some of the ecommerce plugins available such as the Woocommerce family of plugins.
You can also opt to search through google for some of the themes that come prepackaged with this functionality.
