Showing fields in plugin page in admin

Hi
I am a PHP programmer. I am developing a custom plugin for my page. This is not a free or public plugin. I am just using this. I also have ACF Pro installed. I have created some fields in acf. Now how can I show those fields in my plugin page in admin? I have tried export fields php code and paste that in my plugin, but it did not work. Please let me know the detailed procedure. I am not very expert with ACF.
