Hi,
I’m wondering is it possible to show all location tags (from the ACF field “Location” that I’ve created) on one map. I mean – i’ve got plenty of locations all over my city, and now I want them to be visible on one page.
I’ve read the documentation but I couldn’t figure it out myself. Could someone please point me how do I start with it?
Thanks
Hi Denis,
You can always query the posts that have the Google Map field and then loop it and show it on the map.
To query the posts, please take a look at this page: https://codex.wordpress.org/Class_Reference/WP_Query.
To see how to add it on the map, please take a look at this page: https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/google-map/.
Hope this helps.
I’m sorry but I can’t understand it.
First of all, can I paste all of these code into a “page” ? Or does it have to be some special “place” (lol) ?
All the time, there is no effect. No matter what, map does not show. What is wrong actually?
Hi @denis
The custom query should be placed in the template you use to show the map. To learn more about WordPress template, please take a look at this page: https://codex.wordpress.org/Templates.
I’m afraid this kind of customization is a little bit advanced. If you don’t know anything about programming, I suggest you hire a developer to help you out with it. I’d recommend looking for one on https://studio.envato.com/ or https://www.upwork.com/.
Hope this helps!
