Show CPT on specific page in a dynamic way?

Hi,

I need to display a custom post type on a specific page (but also in translated pages).

Now, what is the best way to go about doing this, so that things don’t break if pages for whatever reasons gets it IDs changed (yeah, I know this seem weird, but I do find it weird to hard code all these IDs directly in PHP)?
