Show ALL checkboxes checked w/o duplicates

I have a custom post type called ‘members’, and taxonomy called ‘member_categories’. For each ‘member’ type I have an ACF called ‘cities’ that they work in.

My question is, is there a way to query every instance of a ‘city’ checkbox that was checked for ALL ‘members’, without showing duplicates ?
