Select2 Scrolls to top on select with Safari

There is a known bug in the select2 code that causes a scroll in Safari when a selection is made. It is fixed in the newer versions of Select2. Can you include the new select2 in the next release? If not, do you know a way to force ACF to use the new Select2 if I include in on the website. I tried that and it didn’t work. ACF fields defaulted to the select2 included with the plugin. I went ahead and swapped out the code in ACF and the problem was solved.
