Select and crop image

In Twenty Seventeen theme when the Choose image modal popups up you get to choose an image from the media and in the bottom you have button that says “Select and crop”. How can I do it with the Image field over ACF PRO?

There are add-ons that are geared towards similar functionality for the ACF image field, such as: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/acf-image-crop-add-on/
