Searching in custom fields only

Hi everyone.
I’m working on a cooking website.

I use ACF (and repeater) for managing the ingredients of each recipe.

Now I would like to add a specific form to the website.
The form will have 3 text fields (or it could also be select fields). Each one is about searching an ingredient.
I want to display only the recipes (posts) containing exactly those 3 ingredients (or less if only one or 2 fields are filled).

Any idea how I could do that? I’m a bit lost now…
