As a developer, I want an option to include a search filter when using a checkbox field (or other fields, as appropriate) so that the user can quickly find what they are wanting without having to scroll through checkbox options.
As I posted in the other discussion, for feature requests you really need to contact the developers directly, they do not routinely monitor this forum.
I also posted an outline of how this could be accomplished it you have any coding ability.
