Saving blocks' data after disabling ACF

Hello everyone.

I’ve been using ACF to set up blocks for a custom theme. Nearly all content of the website will be inserted with my custom blocks.

If I’ll ever need to disable ACF or change the theme, how will I be able to save the data from the ACF blocks (paragraphs, titles, galleries…)?

I couldn’t find anything about converting ACF blocks to HTML for example.
