Saved and new fields not showing when editing field groups

Just noticed that none of the sub groups appear in my saved field groups in the custom fields editor. The following console error is printed when I try edit or create any field group:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'id' of undefined

I’ve only just noticed this and I was editing these as recently as this morning. I might have upgraded wordpress today but I’ve since downgraded from 4.1.1 through 4.1, 4.0.1 and finally 4.0 but this hasn’t resolved the issue (I’ve read how this fixed similar issues for others).

ACF is at version 4.4.0.

There are no errors in the apache error log.

Any ideas for triage would be much appreciated – thanks in advance!

Thanks for the post.

The issue is likely as a result of a theme or plugin conflict that was triggered by the upgrade.

For some troubleshooting please deactivate the all installed plugins and switch to one of the stock WP themes to check if the issue will be replicated.
