Restrict blocks per page area

Hi at the moment we use ACF with multiple page areas

    EG

    Top part of the page
    Header, sub & slider repeater

    Second part of the page
Flexible fields, header + text, 50/50 text and image etc

    Bottom part of the page
    Testimonial slider

These all appear as default areas depending on the template. This way the client can’t put things in the wrong order or wrong place for the design.

Gutenberg seems to just leave the client to build the page?!
Is there any way of having several block editors per page and controlling which blocks can be added for each area?

If not we will just continue using “disable gutenberg” as there is no way we can build custom sites without some control over the page areas.

    Anyone else had this issue?
