In the Tools page of ACF is a “Generate PHP” option that can be done for a single or multiple field groups.
Please please add a new button in here titled “Local JSON files” that would generate the local JSON files for all the groups checked.
This would be a huge time saver for existing projects that don’t have the feature enabled and have a fair number of different field groups.
The other option is to add this functionality as a bulk tool option in the dropdown at the bottom of the page that actually lists all the field groups. Ie you check off multiple field groups and then in the bulk drop down select “Batch create Local JSON” or something of that kind.
