Repeater order based on country

I’m wondering if it’s possible to have a repeater that allows me to input office locations across the globe (easy).

What I’m trying to do is order the repeater based on user location.

e.g. if the user is from USA, they get the USA office first and if the user is from EU, they get the EU office first.

Does anyone know if/how it can be done?
