Repeater fields won't let more than 4 be added in WP admin

Attached are screenshots of my repeater field setup, and the page where items are added. For some reason, I can add up to 4 URLs and then I cannot add more. If I click “+ Add File”, it does setup a new item, I enter the title and URL and save the page, everything looks OK, but the 5th item is not there. I don’t understand what would cause it to not allow a 5th item? Any idea why this would happen?

Things like this are generally caused by your server’s php max_input_vars setting https://jonathannicol.com/blog/2014/03/02/wordpress-custom-fields-not-saving-phps-max_input_vars-may-be-to-blame/
