Repeater field with inner required field not jumping to tab

Hi,

Example:
I have 3 tabs and within the last tab there is a repeater field containing a required text field.
When tab 2 is active and I am trying to save without having entered the required field within the repeater field of tab 3, I get a notice that one value is missing BUT the 3rd tab won’t get activated.

So the only way to know where the missing value is located is to click through the tabs.
As an admin this would be ok, but i am using acf-pro on the fron-end with actually many more tabs

After testing I found that the tab with a not filled out required field would get activated if the field wasn’t nested inside a repeater. So clearly the javascript checking on which tab there is a missing value doesn’t look for fields within a repeater.

Is there anyway to fix this?

I have tried replicating this problem with no luck.
