repeater field auto populate

hi im creating a custom gallery plugin using repeater fields which is awesome by the way it saved me so much time in writing meta boxes. i have three fields image, image title and image description. when i upload multiple images and they all show up is there a way to auto populate the image title fields with the file name too that would be a great addition to my plugin thanks.
