Repeater best usages

Hello everyone,

I am new to WordPress development and wanted to know what are the best practical uses for the repeater field.

I do know that it is made for repeating content, such as rows. However, is it possible to build fully fledged tables such as the one presented on the picture ?

Thank you, and I am sorry in advance if this post is meaningless or has no value to it.
I am just learning and don’t have much people to ask these kind of questions.

It can be useful for creating tables, that said, you can also use the table add-on which I find a little easier for tables
