Repeater and Add Row

I make a copy of another repeater field. When I create a new post in one I see Add Row and in another I don’t.

I’m use wordpress 3.5.1 and acf 3.5.8.2.

What do you mean by a copy?

Also, can you please turn on DEBUG MODE in your wp-config.php file

Finaly, can you update to ACF 4.2.2?
