Removing WordPress WYSWYG Editor

Sorry this may not be the right place but I was just wonderinf if it is possible to remove the wordpress WYSWYG editor altogether so that the first thing authors see are the custom fields i’ve created for them? Just learning wordpress and it was exactly what I was looking for.

yes, when you create the field you have options to hide the editor, permalink, attributes etc, so you can hide the default editor and leave just your own fields.
