Removing Link Options button from the WYSIWYG editor

I am using the editor on the front-end with the Link button, but this button dialog have a small Link Options button which opens a pop-up window with all the posts and pages.

I am looking for a way, without any luck, to remove this Link Options button so that the user can see only the input for adding the URL and end Enter button.

Perhaps someone did it or knows a way to do it using PHP filters.
