Relevanssi and Relationship Fields

I’m using the plugin Relevanssi on a site running Advanced Custom Fields. My “relationship” type ACF fields don’t appear to be getting indexed by the search index.

Is this a known issue with ACF and if so is there a solution?

Relevanssi does not work with all ACF custom field types without some work. This is because of the way some field types are stored. Your best chance at getting help will be from Relevanssi support.

There is a plugin here https://facetwp.com/advanced-custom-fields-integration/ that has an add on for Relevanssi and has built in support for ACF and supports relationship fields.
