Relationship in ACF(Getting Related Data according two custom post)

Hello Sir

(1)I have two custom post one is X and another is Y
(2)In both X and Y are relationship Filed
(3)In X several items are there which is relation to Y.
(4)When X’s item is selected that item should be effected on Y(Which means that item should selected in Y)

(5)When I am selecting a Y at that time the relation data should be display.
