Relationship how find all posts id with the same relationship?

Hi. I have posts (teams) and custom posts (football-players) on my site. I have combined these “post types” using Relationship fild

Can you please answer how get array with all ids of custom posts what get chosen the same position ? How get ids all players in one team ?
