Personally I would love to see a way of extending relationship options to allow for the creation of additional fields that can be edited when forming the list. Having the ability to add unique information to list items when building lists is something I would find very useful.
This would allow admins to give list items preference or add unique classes to list items that are only useful for that particular relationship.

I have raised this with the plugin author and hopefully he will consider including this in the plugin’s future development roadmap.
This would be pretty awesome.
