Relationship Field – echo out as links?

Relationship Field – Can they be active links once selected? I’m using this field to attach related content to another page. It’s a bidirectional link, I’d like the user to be able to just click on the related link and then go to that page for editing if possible.. I appreciate any insight on how I can achieve this, and thank you in advance.

I’m sorry I forgot to mention, I’d like them as links in the editor not on the front end… this is basically a related notes feature.
