Relationship Add new user

Hello Everybody,

Does any one know if there exists a solution to add a new user in the Relationship section.

At the moment I can only create a new Post with the help of ( 3rd party plugin that does this https://wordpress.org/plugins/quick-and-easy-post-creation-for-acf-relationship-fields/. )
