Recreate field group while retaining data

Hello,

I’m just looking for a confirmation on an issue:

One of my field groups disappeared from the back-end, it’s possible it was deleted accidentally as this is a multi-admin environment.

Of course, front-end works just fine and data still exist in the DB.

If I create the field group with the same exact field names, will this work to be able to manage old data as well? It’s only a set of 5 fields but with data spanning to 200 posts.

Yes. If you create a new field group using all the same field names ACF will let you edit the fields in the admin.
