Real-Time Updating of 'layout_title'

Using the layout_title filter (https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/acf-fields-flexible_content-layout_title/) it’s possible to modify the text displayed at the top of each flexible content layout when the flexible field is toggled open or closed.

Is it possible to change this so it updates in real-time? Rather than only when the flex field is toggled open or closed?
