Random option page showing up in admin that I cannot remove

I activated my plugin and have some weird things happening. I do not have any code in my functions file still have an options page showing up in the admin. Very strange. I de activate the plugin and it goes away but when I activate the page shows up again. Can you please help

What version of ACF are you using? What is that menu/page title of the options page?

I figured it out. There was a duplicate chunk of code in another file. Thank you
