Quick edit field using (Select Field type)

In QUICK EDIT, when I go in ,the Country goes blank if I make a change, so I have to re-add country everytime a QUICK EDIT is done.

My main concern is how to automatically select the country field as you choose Quick edit? Thank you so much!
