Propagate Info From Another Field Group

Hello! What I am doing is I am creating two field groups. One field group has my portfolio items in it, (i.e. web design project, SEO project, etc) and the second field group is where I am inputting my clients.

Is it at all possible to have my clients propagate and show up as an option under the select feature under my portfolio field group?

Sorry, I don’t understand what you mean by:

Basically, is their anyway to use loop (code) to add values to a selection field instead of manually inputting data every time?

Does that make any more sense?

Sure. You can use a function called update_field to save a value.
