Problems with Metabox Positioning

Hey,

This is strange, but the “position” option for my field group’s metabox doesn’t seem to be working. No matter which option I choose, the metabox is always being place directly below the title. I have tried changing the order number.clearing the cache, testing other pages and browsers, disabling all plugins and testing with twentyfourteen and am getting the same results.

Is anyone experiencing these same issues?
