Posts being removed from relationship column after saving

I have this relationship columns for my posts, but whenever a post in the right column is updated, it gets sent back to the left column, is there anyway to prevent this behavior?

Having the same issue, were you able to resolve this?

The only thing that I can think of that would cause this to happen is that there is another acf field on the page with the same field name.

Actually, it does not need to be another acf field, it can be any field in WP or another plugin with the same meta key.

As John Huebner said it has something to do with the meta key
