Post/Page updated for real when "preview in new tab" clicked

I’ve submitted a support ticket, but in case anyone else is seeing this issue, I believe it is ACF 5.9.0 causing this issue. I deactivated all other plugins and set my theme to Twentytwenty to confirm.

I’m finding the same issue, and also when WordPress does its autosave. I’ve submitted a ticket about ACF 5.9.0 causing an update save on autosave.
