post object dropdown list

Hi,

Can I change to show Nickname in the post object instead of the normal “Username (First lastname)”?

And it changes layout on load from the normal one to an “in my opinion” ugly layout and I assume that has something to do with when the css loads, can I change that so it shows the normal layout (see pictures)

Answer it myself as I found that the dropdownbox’s was the ultimate members plugin.
