Populate a Flexible content from a another Flexible content (w/ same layout)

My client wants to do less input and they want to have an input that will be reflected to the next field group but only ones that has a repeat checkbox checked.

My problem is how do I populate a Flexible content with data from another flexible content.

All I did now was display all the data on a message box so they know what they repeated and the fields that they didn’t they have to input new ones.
