Please Select (null option) in dropdown

I am using the pro version of this plugin and want to add Please Select (which will have a null value): http://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/select/, I have done it this way but I want to call it Please Select (this needs to change using qTranslate).

Hi @gab1982

You need to select allow null in order to have the field allow null values.
