Paid to upgrade personal to dev – License still shows as personal

  • As the title states – I just purchased the upgrade from the ACF Pro personal to the developer license. My account still shows as a personal license.

    Also, on the “view order” page, there is no license in the license field. See screen grab -> http://postimg.org/image/b6et4w7x5/

    In addition to this thread I’ve emailed support@advancedcustomfields.com, nearly 8 hours ago.

    I’m not trying to be an ass, but I’ve paid money for this and still don’t have the license or any idea what’s going on.
