Page Template not equal to…

When selecting conditionals for a specific field group and choosing

“Page Template” not equal to “Custom Template” (regardless of the specific page template chosen) the field group fields show up on all widgets admin-side.

Hope there’s a quick resolution to this (user error possibly?). Or maybe a known bug?

Yes, it does. I will mark this for the developer to take a look at. I’ve never noticed this before because when setting location rules base on templates I always do

Post Type is equal to Page and
Page Template is not equal to Custom Template
