Order of fields backend

is it possible to change the display order of a repeating field in the admin ?

I have a “File” field to add PDF’s to a page, the first file added shows at the top with the last entry at the bottom with the “Add” button beneath. These field are on a page and not part of a CPT.

Is it possible to have the “Add” button at the top along with the last file added also at the top ?
