Options page Repeater not able to add new group

I’m using the Repeater to create a group of text boxes. It’s working fine except I’m not able to add a new group now. I’m not seeing any errors in the Console and the add and remove buttons for the sub-sets work fine. It’s just when creating a new set.

Figured it out. The max rows was set to 6 by someone. There should still be an error message though. Not no action at all.
