Option to print (an actual page to print out) all field labels and names

I often build out over 50 fields for a project… and I DO try and keep a reasonable pattern to how they are named… but I find myself backtracking to see their names in the admin – and it can be notably time-consuming. This is especially evident if I have an assistant build the fields. If there was a screen that showed an overview – or better yet, a way to print a sheet of paper with all of the fields labels/names/type etc… would be really very useful.
