Only seeing the Export feature in ACF UI

When I select ACF in WP Admin, I see only the gray Export page. There is no navigation to view the previous sets of fields or define new ones as I’m accustomed to seeing.

This was not the case the last time I tried to access it (June 2017). Perhaps, an upgrade changed something? I’m running: WP 4.7.2 and ACF 4.4.11.

I just did a test with WP 4.7.2 and ACF 4.1.11 and everything is working for me.

try disabling plugins, using an unmodified 20xx theme. See if there’s a conflict. If that does not help try reinstalling WP and ACF.
