Not Saving Data

I need to save 500 repeater rows but for some reason it only saves 446. Each row has a title and a url — so just a bit a text.

What would be limiting my ability to add more than 446 repeater rows?

No idea if this would help, but have you tried changing the max_input_vars in php.ini?
