    I know, you write we should use support tickets to get support.
    Just my problem is: I do not get any response.

    I had contact and then two weeks ago the communication stopped.
    Even opening a new ticket did not help.

    So this is a heads up if you could response to my tickets.

    My apologies on the support ticket wait time. We had a public holiday and a long weekend. I’ve just replied to your ticket – looks to be a conflict that we will need to debug by elimination.
