No settings apply to my single.php post pages.

Hello, i was wondering why all of my settings do not apply to any of my posts pages. These post pages are set with the use of single.php, and have no pages. All the components that must be changed are in footer.php and in header.php, but they do not seem to be working for my post pages. I have tried the method with Page = Smth and Page is not Something, still no success.
