I’m doing some tests but I see that the text is imported to me with the classic editor and not with the various blocks.

I created an excel file with the data to import. after importing, when I go to edit an article, the text inserted in the classic editor instead of in the various gutemberg blocks
Since ACF is not doing the import, I can’t say. You should be looking at the tool used to do the importing.
