Newbie question: How do I enter data

I am new to custom fields and ACF. I see how to create fields, but not how to enter data into the fields. I wish documentation would describe this to someone like me who is a beginner.

You go to the place you’ve set the location rules to for the field group and the fields will be shown.

I would like to learn documentation, but for a beginner for me it is very difficult to learn. Any idea for that.
